Legs in the Air is a medium level position that requires a table and delivers a deep, face-to-face penetration where the G-spot and P-spot are the primary targets. How to do it:

The partner with the vagina or anus lies on their back on a table with their hips near the edge. The partner with the penis or dildo stands in front of them, grabs their hips and pulls them close. The receiving partner lifts their legs and rests them on the shoulders of their standing partner. The standing partner enters facing their partner — it is always face-to-face in this position. Depending on flexibility, the legs can rest on the arms of the standing partner if the full shoulder position is too intense. The standing partner holds the waist or hips firmly to prevent any slipping and controls the thrusting pace.

Where to do it:

A kitchen table, bathroom counter, or any stable surface at the right height for the standing partner. Place a folded towel or small cushion under the lower back of the lying partner to prevent discomfort and improve the angle.
