How to do it:

The partner with the vagina or anus lies on their back with their legs apart. The partner with the penis or dildo lies on top, facing them, supporting their weight on their forearms or hands. Entry is face-to-face. The partner on top controls the pace and depth. If the one below places a pillow beneath their lower back to prop up the pelvis, penetration becomes deeper and more direct. For more clitoral stimulation, the partner on top can shift into the coital alignment technique — sliding slightly upward so the base of their body presses against the clitoris. Putting legs on top of the partner's shoulders shortens the inside of the vagina for an even deeper result.

Where to do it:
