The Crab is a position that rewards patience and creativity. Similar in spirit to the Cowgirl but with the partner on top facing away, the key here is not bouncing up and down but grinding and rotating the hips. How to do it:

The partner with the penis or dildo sits up with legs slightly bent, leaning back and supporting themselves with their arms behind them — like a crab. The partner with the vagina or anus sits on top facing away, lowering themselves onto their partner.
